Sponsor reserve & forfeits

Stake first. Sponsor gets 70%.

Covered winnings repay the original contribution first. Profit then splits 70% sponsor, 5% platform and 25% player.

50% minimum recovery at season end

If the player loses, the owner-funded reserve tops up the sponsor’s recovery to 50% of confirmed, unrefunded backing. Money already recovered counts toward the minimum. A $100 contribution with $20 already recovered needs a $30 reserve top-up, not another $50.

This applies to new confirmed agreements under these terms. Older receipts need a separate review. The owner reviews the covered result, recovery evidence and reserve funding before actual payment.

Miss a payment. Forfeit. $30 penalty.

Unpaid league dues, match stake money or money owed to a sponsor can cause a reviewed payment forfeit. An operator verifies the default and records it on the booked match. Each defaulting player owes a $30 penalty. Normal league dues remain owed. The $30 is a punishment, not a joining charge.

Forfeits do not invent played scores, match winnings or story XP. Penalties are assessments; collection is handled separately.
